🧊 3. Stay Cool * Why? Because heat can cause blood vessels to dilate and blood pressure to drop, which is risky if you have heart conditions.

💊 4. Manage Medications Carefully * Why? Because ome heart medications (like diuretics, beta-blockers) can affect how the body handles heat or fluids.
