Lenox Fit will be closed all day on July 4th so that our staff can enjoy time off with family & friends!

We are open all day Thursday (regular hours) as well as Saturday & Sunday (regular hours).

Tuesday in our classroom is in limbo right now.

Tonight during Turn and Burn our classroom AC decided to quit doing its job! I have a call into our heating/AC contractor and we will get it fixed ASAP.

Spin combo is on for 6:00 am but all other morning classes are cancelled. We will keep you updated.

As we are now well into Pride Month, we wanted to say that Lenox Fit is, always has been and will continue to be a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. We are allies, we are friends, we are supporters and we want to say OUT LOUD that everyone is welcome here and we promise to provide a safe and inclusive place to workout here in the Berkshires.

Some updates to our sign! We are so happy to have Chrissy with us at Lenox Fit. Her Pilates Studio is here at LF and she is also an instructor and Personal Trainer. One more reason to come and see us here at 90 Pittsfield Road!

Lenox Fit will be closed on Sunday April 20th for Easter so that our staff & instructors can enjoy the holiday with their families.

We will be open regular hours on both Saturday April 19th and Monday April 21st.

After just 48 hours from start to finish we have completed our floor project in the weight lifting area. We removed a 20 year old purple vinyl floor and installed a high end gym grade rubber floor. To say we are thrilled with the result would be an understatement! A huge thank you to and for doing this job at light speed and with such impressive results.
