If your body feels stiff, overworked, or wired-and-tired lately, this is for you.✨

Soma Veda Thai Yoga works with the body and nervous system at the same time.

During winter, the body naturally needs more rest, warmth, and support. Colder temperatures and less movement often lead to stiffness, shallow breathing, and increased tension. This practice offers a way to support your system without pushing it.

Through assisted stretching, compression, and conscious breath, the body is guided into more circulation, mobility, and ease. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced with yoga—your job is simply to receive.

As the body softens, the nervous system settles. Breath deepens, posture improves, and energy begins to move more freely. Many people notice less pain, better sleep, and a greater sense of connection to their body, especially during the winter months.

Each session is personalized and responsive to what your body is presenting that day. This work is particularly supportive if you’re feeling tight, fatigued, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

So I’m doing what I do best—keeping elderberry syrup close.

This little bottle is one of my cold-season rituals. Slow-simmered elderberries, cozy spices, and plant magic that feels like a hug from the inside out. I take it daily during the winter months as a gentle way to support my immune system and stay ahead of whatever’s going around.

We’ve been moving, pushing, holding so much—often without space to truly land in ourselves. Sometimes what we need isn’t another plan, but permission to pause.

A cacao ceremony is a gentle, heart-opening ritual using ceremonial cacao, breath, music, and stillness. It’s not psychedelic or religious, and you don’t need any experience. You won’t be asked to share unless you want to.

On 1/23, I’m hosting a small cacao ceremony for those craving connection, softness, and a moment to come home to themselves.

Whats going on?! I'm so grateful that you're here! For those of you who don't know me, I'm Crystal Soto ( @crystalsoto_clearliving on instagram ) I'm a life coach who focus on emotional wellness. I help my clients get in tune with their emotions in order to work through limiting beliefs and emotional blockages. I got into this work because I myself had been through a tremendous amount of emotional trauma. I lost my dad when I was 19 and my mom when I was 25. Those experiences weighted heavy on me for some years until I started diving deep into my self healing journey! And now I'm on a mission to help others do the same!

Doterra has been part of my life for some time now and I'm so happy for that. It's given me the holistic alternatives I had been looking for in order to live a non toxic lifestyle!
