Don’t miss our monthly Yin Yoga with Reiki class!
Designed for deep tissue release, to improve mobility and flexibility, and increase blood flow. Poses will be held for 2-5 min and practiced seated on the mat, using props to access them and to accommodate all levels of flexibility. This is a deep slow paced practice that can get you into a peaceful state of relaxation right away with the help of calming breath techniques and guided suppport. A 15 min savasana meditation will follow ending your practice with a positive, calm and restorative perspective.
Optional hands on Reiki will be provided during the class.
