This Saturday! Join certified therapeutic musician and sound healer Nina and yogi Mike Vecchi of Sound Alchemy for a transformative and rejuvenating experience of deep release. Relax and release to the pure tones of crystal singing bowls and the shimmering sounds of gongs.

Plan to get comfy - bring a mat, blanket and/or pillow if you’d like, or we also have plenty of mats/blankets/bolsters available for use.

Class will begin promptly at 6pm so make sure to arrive a few minutes early to get checked in and settled.

It’s back! This Sunday!
A yin yoga class especially designed for deep tissue release, to improve mobility and flexibility, and increase blood flow. Poses will be held for 2-5 min and are practiced seated on the mat, using props to access them and to accommodate all levels of flexibility. This is a deep slow paced practice that can get you into a peaceful state of relaxation right away with the help of calming breath techniques and guided support. A 15 min savasana meditation will follow ending your practice with a positive, calm and restorative perspective.
Hands on Reiki will be provided during the class to those who chose to receive it.
