Path of Life Yoga & Wellness Path of Life Yoga is centered around yoga for adults, children and children with special needs. Classes are currently being held virtually.

Path of Life Yoga was founded in January 2013 by Kayla Beth Robillard-Bilodeau, Certified Yoga Teacher, 200hr; certified Yoga Warrior Instructor, Reiki Master, and Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. Kayla received her 200hr certification at Frog Pond Yoga Centre and is continuing her journey at Frog Pond to achieve the 500hr certification. Kayla holds a Masters in Special Education and a C.A.G.S. from Anna Maria College with ten years+ experience in working with special needs children. Kayla's experience includes teaching traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga classes for adults of all ages and teaching therapeutic yoga classes for children with special needs. Our Story

Sunday at 10am- Traditional Yoga Tuesday at 6pm Traditional Yoga Group Classes are held at the Sangha Yoga Center in Shirley. Drop-in cost is $17, class cards are available.

Private Sessions/ Healing Sessions are held at Sangha Yoga Center in Shirley or the Wellness Hub in Hubbardston.

Private Yoga Session Private Group Session (4 or more people) Private Yoga Session with Reiki Reiki Session and/or Thai Yoga Massage
