Meet our Substance Use Counselor Team!
Daniell Peterson
Meet Daniell Peterson! Her primary location is the Centerville office with one day a week at our Chariton office. Daniell provides compassionate, client-centered, evidence-based support through our substance use program, offering services via zoom to bridge care between our other locations. Her approach is rooted not only in her educational background but also in her lived experience recovering out loud and walking alongside others on their journey. She believes substance use is deeply personal and unique to each individual. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to reclaim their lives by exploring what recovery means to them personally. She strives to be a steady presence offering hope, encouragement, and a safe space where healing can begin and transformation is possible. Through this exploration, she aims to help others discover their own path to freedom and hope. Take the first step with Daniell today at weareinfinityhealth.org/services/behavioral

Heaven Lorenz
After four and a half years with Infinity Health’s Access Center, Heaven Lorenz discovered a strong passion for working with clients affected by substance use. When the center closed, she was grateful for the chance to continue supporting this population by stepping into a CADC-in-training role. Heaven has always felt honored by the trust our clients place in us as providers, and she looks forward to carrying that sense of responsibility into this next phase of her work. Her professional goals include achieving full CADC certification, pursuing additional training in gambling addiction, and eventually earning a dual license as a mental health counselor to expand the range of care she can offer.
