We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Worker to join our team. We have 5 Locations - Oxford, Metamora, Genesee Valley, Clarkston and Waterford. We are looking for someone who is flexible to work in all these locations when needed. As a Lawn Care Worker on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, w**d eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces.
Also Perform minor fixes and repairs. Do garden/yard upkeep.

This full-time position starts at a wage of $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr, depending on experience.

Requirements::

- Leadership skills: coordinating and directing the activities of clinical staff to insure smooth operations, Home care and Hospice coordination

- Interpersonal skills: Able to work with medical professionals, administrative staff, and contractors to achieve set objectives

- Planning skills : organize general operations, scheduling, resident move in coordination, well-being tracking.

Maintenance Personnel include the overall maintenance/upkeep of the Senior Living Community (facility and grounds) including preventative maintenance and repairs

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of the facility are in a good state of repair.
• Respond to work order requests on a daily basis.
• Maintain Unit Maintenance Log for each facility.
• On call 24 hours a day for emergency maintenance needs as authorized by Owner.
• Performs routine inspections of interior and exterior of building.
• Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for the facilities. Orders maintenance supplies

Qualifications and Required Experience:
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, and general repair skills.
