Pain doesn’t go away with a few stretches or exercises someone said were “good to do.”

Yes, I wrote this in my robe on the couch.

It’s 2026. We don’t need perfectly curated exercise posts — we need real conversations about what it actually takes to feel strong, capable, and trust your body again.

And I didn’t build this business to just make cute reels about “what exercise is best for ___ diagnosis” or show off before-and-afters or just throw more reasons at you about “why mobility is important.”

Because real life?
Nuance exists here.

Healing isn’t linear.
Pain is never just mechanical.

And progress doesn’t always look like a flat stomach, a PR, or “being totally pain-free forever.”

Sometimes, it’s:
👉🏻Getting through the day without flaring up.
👉🏻Picking up your kid without bracing or holding your breath.
👉🏻Sleeping through the night without waking up in pain.
👉🏻Trusting your body enough to move without overthinking it.
👉🏻Feeling strong enough to live your life — not tiptoe around it.

That’s progress, too. And it matters more than a number on a scale or a perfect lift.

The women I work with?

I am passionate about everything that comes to health and wellness. I strive to live and practice with the “learn in all” mindset. From movement-based therapy to functional nutrition, I am constantly learning and developing to become a well rounded holistic practitioner. I practice with the philosophy that one system or protocol does not work for everyone.
