The soup kitchen is always in need of supplies. They provide meals to many individuals and families. Consider making a donation if you're able.

We see St Mary’s Caring Soup Kitchen as a vehicle which is only able to move it when fueled by generous people in our community.  With your support we are able to continue our efforts to improve our community through the gift of nutrition.

In March I traveled to Salt Lake City, UT to take a course on Intraoral Massage. It was a great experience, and I am thrilled to finally add this to my menu of services.
TMJ Relief & Jaw Reset Therapy is the name of this new service, a 60 minute service. The Add On service will be the Facial Refresh, 10-15 minutes, that can be added to the end of any massage service. Click link below to see the list of service and add on options.

What a beautiful area! We had yesterday to sightsee, and it was a beautiful day! Today, it is snowing, and class begins! Can't wait to bring this new technique back to Maryland!
