Sports rehab shouldn’t feel rushed, generic, or like you’re being “cleared” without actually being ready.

We’re a small local PT practice in Southern Maryland, and Justin works with actual athletes—youth, high school, college, and adult—recovering from sports injuries and training for a confident return to sport.

He works with runners, CrossFitters, field and court sport athletes, and active adults who train and compete. With experience treating and coaching Division I athletes in both physical therapy and strength & conditioning, his approach bridges rehab and real performance.

Care is fully 1:1 for the entire session, with rehab that progresses toward sport—strength, mechanics, confidence, and capacity—not just pain relief or a clearance date.

If you’ve watched an athlete go back too soon—or been told “you’re fine” but don’t feel ready—sports rehab deserves better.
