One of the common things we hear about therapy is "I'm not ready yet" or "I need to get my thoughts together first."

As the days get shorter and the air gets colder, it’s the little things that keep us grounded. ❄️✨

Mindfulness is noticing the present moment without judgment by paying attention to the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Mindful self-care helps because it shifts your focus away from stress, calming your mind and body. 😌

What activities help you clear your head and be present? I love putting on my favorite fuzzy socks, grabbing some tea, and listening to relaxing music. ☕️
