✨ Meet Kaylee! ✨ One of the smiling faces you’ll see at SPICE, she’s sweet, bubbly, and guaranteed to brighten your day 💛 You can catch her crushing those all 5:45 am classes. We’re so lucky to have her!

1. What is your favorite class, exercise move, or massage?
My favorite class has to be High Low! I love how it combines a little bit of everything from all the other classes I love into one. Plus, you can’t beat the vibe and energy during class!

2. What is in your earbuds or playing in your car?
Country ALWAYS! From 90s to today’s country, I love it all.

3. What do you love doing when you aren’t at SPICE?
When I’m not at SPICE you can catch me reading or listening to an audiobook, out on the boat fishing, or baking all kinds of sourdough bread and goodies for my business, The Redhead Bread Co!

Meet Liz, who discovered SPICE back in March and truly hit the ground running! From day one, she’s brought incredible energy and commitment to every class she attends. We love seeing her jump right into the community and prioritize her wellness—keep it up, Liz!

How long have I been taking classes at SPICE?
I started taking classes at Spice officially in March 31st. I took Aerial Yoga classes and made the decision to get a new client membership to try out their other class options. The aerial yoga was the catalyst to get me ready to prioritize myself and to get my body healthy.

My favorite thing about SPICE
My favorite thing about SPICE is the community. Women uplifting women. The instructors all bring something different to their classes and playlists, but they all come ready to uplift and motivate with a smile on their faces. They get to know everyone, it's that personal connection you feel that continues to promote the home like feeling you get when you are there.

What changes have you incorporated since joining SPICE?
I prioritize coming to SPICE and moving my body. When I can’t get to SPICE, I try to still be active as much as I can. I also make an intentional effort to eat better and improve my eating habits.

Advice for someone considering joining SPICE?
When I signed up, I was encouraged to try all of the classes and try them more than once. I would encourage someone who is considering SPICE to get the new client membership and do just that. SPICE’s motto is “Strong people incorporating changes every day.” Every time I leave SPICE, I feel stronger in my body and in my mind. I feel renewed, even when the workout felt hard. SPICE will change your life in all good ways.

We're bringing back our SPICE Staff Spotlight to introduce some of our newest team members! Meet Janeen — our fresh-faced Pilates Reformer instructor bringing energy, feel-good vibes, and killer playlists to every class. Though new to teaching, Janeen has practiced Pilates for over six years and is certified across all major apparatus (Reformer, Chair, Mat, Cadillac, and more). Her thoughtful, encouraging approach makes every session both fun and effective. Come get stronger with her!

What is your favorite class, exercise move, or massage?
I love a good plank-to-pike combo move! Whether on the Pilates Reformer or Mat, this combo is challenging and can be even more spicy when you add-on a "thread the needle"! Hello abs!

What is in your earbuds or playing in your car?
Spotify around the clock- something with a good groove- love Motown beats and tunes that make me want to dance. You can never go wrong with Robyn & Dua Lipa!

What do you love doing when you aren’t at SPICE?
Kayaking with my husband or planning our next trip– next stop is Scotland/Ireland in Sept! Suggestions welcome :)
