Leonardville Nursing Home Non-profit nursing home nestled in northern Riley County. Est. 1967
1 of 10 PEAK mentor homes in KS. We are 1 of 7 PEAK mentor home in the state of Kansas.

Our elders live in one of three small healthcare neighborhoods within our home. Consistent teams of caregivers work to support the daily preferences and routines of elders living in each neighborhood. Building relationships, community and meaningful life are at the heart of our mission.
