We provide equine therapy for veterans, children, and adults with special needs, and we collaborate with New Jersey public and social services to help families improve their situations using the therapeutic benefits of horses.

There’s something powerful about being around horses — and at Our Stable Life, that power becomes healing. 🐴

Our program at Bergen Equestrian Center focuses on equine-assisted growth and learning, using the natural connection between humans and horses to support mental wellness. No riding required — just being present, grounded, and open. Whether it’s anxiety, trauma, grief, or just the weight of daily stress, horses have a way of showing us how to breathe again.

Through simple, grounded interactions — grooming, leading, observing — participants reconnect with themselves in ways that talk alone can’t always reach. Horses respond to energy, not words. And in that space, people often find clarity, calm, and confidence.

This is what Our Stable Life is all about: creating a safe, supportive environment where people can grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — with horses as their guides.
