What is the secret to seeing success in your wellness journey?
Consistency.
It is showing up each day and putting in the work.
It was showing up consistently in both their workouts and in Their nutrition that allowed our PT clients to really see the progress they were looking for.

The first step to determining what is the best way to be successful is to come in and chat with our expert Coaches in a No Sweat Intro.

In this No Sweat Intro, we want to get to know what goals you have, what you're hoping to accomplish, and what your expectations are.

We want to determine if you're the right fit for our program. And if you are, our Coaches will put together the best path forward for you.

For some, that looks like working individually with a Coach in Personal Training sessions.

Personal Training sessions are powerful because your Coach will design you a program that will support your goals every step of the way. They will work with you closely to ensure you're moving properly, that you're challenged in all ways, and that you're always pushing the needle forward.

Clients who work with our Coaches in Personal Training sessions see great success when it comes to their goals -- whether their goals are to lose weight, get stronger, achieve certain skills, get more technical work in, or just become overall healthier.

Lisa has been a member of our Personal Training Program for al little over a month.

She already had a pretty solid training foundation in place before reaching us, but was looking for a bit of an extra push and some more help reaching her goals.

So, we spoke to her about nutrition habits, sleeping habits, and stress management and found some room for improvement that led to her results which are:

โœ… A weight loss of 6.4 lbs
โœ… Improved upper body strength, especially in barbell pressing
โœ… Better sleeping habits that led to more energy throughout the day
โœ… Improved flexibility by implementing some stretching at home and help alleviate chronic back pain

In these first 6 weeks, Lisa has done nothing short of kick a$$ since joining us. She is great to work with and always pushes hard during her training sessions.

It's great having her as part of the IWSF community.

๐ŸšจMEMBER ACHIEVEMENT๐Ÿšจ

Kristin has been doing amazing since coming in to Iron Will. She has been part of our PT program since September.

In the beginning she struggled with focusing on her sleep, nutrition, and exercise. She didn't realize just how much these struggles were holding her back.

Kristin works a strenuous career, helps take care of her grandchildren, and helps take care of her disabled brother. Yet, she still has the dedication to herself to invest in her health and fitness.

Earlier in the month, myself and Kristin had a "come to Jesus" moment and she ended up realizing that she was giving all of her energy and time to everyone else BUT HER! This sound familiar?

Once Kristin and myself figured out an action plan to put her on the right track, she started eating better, drinking less, and sleeping better.

Since that talk Kristin has
โœ… dropped 8.8lbs
โœ… cut back on alcohol
โœ… improved her mood and daily energy
โœ… relieve her chronic knee pain
......and we are ONLY 20 days into the month! Not even a full 30 days and Kristin accomplished so much. We are truly proud of her.

Finding the motivation to do things on your own can be hard.

Feeling like you need to be the one to motivate yourself constantly can feel draining.

By finding yourself the right community to hold you accountable to your wellness goals is important.

If your goal is to lose weight and build lean muscle (aka 'tone") than you got to understand one thing.

PROTEIN IS KING! PERIOD, END OF STORY!

If you are not getting sufficient amounts of protein in your nutrition, than your severely hindering the transformation results you want.

"But, how can I get more protein in my day?" I hear you ask, let me explain

The first thing I tell people to do is use their hands as measurements. Why the hands?

1) You always have your hands with you and using this method will eliminate the need to use a scale (something you may not always have on you) to measure accurately.

2) Like stated above, some people do not/will not buy a food scale. I can tell them to get one until they are blue in the face, but they wont. So, for those who believe weighing everything takes too much time and energy, the hand measurement works great.

This is a pretty easy way to ensure you are getting the right amount of protein. Since most people's hand sizes differ, your portion will be the right fit for you.
