Most people LOVE that it stays light longer, but moving the clocks doesn’t necessarily make a healthier you!!!
Daylight Saving Time (DST) causes significant, short-term health and safety disruptions, notably a 24% increase in heart attacks and 6% rise in fatal traffic accidents in the days following the "spring forward" change. It causes "social jet lag," disrupting sleep, reducing alertness, and increasing workplace injuries due to circadian rhythm misalignment.
