At CFBH Clinic we believe mental health treatment should be person specific, individualized to meet your needs using evidence based practices incorporating wellness across all areas of your life. And, good therapy involves creating a plan, knowing when you can be expected to "meet these goals" and reducing services to an "as needed basis". We see our role as clinicians with training to understand the issues, provide you resources and build strengths. We're invested in your wellness- and utilize a variety of methods to ensure you get what you need.
