Hi Amy,
This is (redacted). Do you remember me? I feel wonderful! I waited to give you a review because I wanted to see if your hypnotherapy actually worked in the real world where I have to deal with the constant stress at home, mostly because of the toxic relationship between my husband and son. They are always at it! I used to take on their troubles; trying to " fix" the problem; taking on the burden until it drained me and I was exhausted with mental overload. Now? When the arguments start and both parties assume I'm going to step in, I don't. There is a lightness surrounding me, protecting me. My emotions are in check. It's as if I'm watching them from afar- two grown men going at it, and I'm feeling... nothing. They can choose to feel miserable. I choose to feel great! The tools you taught me are amazing ! They work. More than half my life ( I'm 57) I've gone to therapy, taken medication for anxiety and depression, been hospitalized and at times felt suicidal. Because of You and what you do, my life has changed dramatically. I feel light. I feel one with the universe. I feel like no matter what happens in life, I will be taken care of. There is power out there (I choose to call him God) that wants the best for me so that, I in turn can be of service to others. If someone out there is feeling hopeless, alone, afraid etc. They should come see you and join the sunlight of the spirit!
