Every Saturday from 3 PM to 4 PM at Involution Yoga and Wellness, we invite you to join us for a transformative sound journey led by Wendy Borror, a Usui Reiki Master and certified sound and crystal practitioner.

Whether you’re a newbie or have some experience, this session is for everyone. Feel free to bring any props that make you feel comfortable, like a pillow, yoga mat, or blanket. You’re going to feel so relaxed and rejuvenated!
