This series is designed to take the pressure off your first class and give you a steady, supportive introduction to yoga. Over four weeks, you’ll learn what yoga is, where it comes from, how to move safely, and how to build a practice that fits your life.
No experience needed.
No flexibility required.
Just a willingness to begin.
This course is perfect for absolute beginners — or anyone newer to yoga who wants a clearer foundation and more confidence on the mat.

• New students (ages 12+) — includes unlimited yoga during the 4-week course
• Current/returning students — includes the four Tuesday sessions
