I'm so happy that I had the opportunity to study at Involution Yoga. Not only did I learn so much about yoga and all it has to offer, but I learned so much about myself and the community around me. The teachers are very knowledgeable and were able to capture every aspect to everyone's level. I would recommend taking this training even if you don't plan on teaching, you learn so much about yourself and more than you would ever expect. I am truly grateful for this institute and teachers. So much growth and a whole lot of learning in this training! The teachers were phenomenal, very knowledgeable, and truly living their yoga on and off the mat. Very enriching and humbling training that covered so much, from yoga philosophy to anatomy, asanas, meditation, pranayama and chanting etc... I would highly recommend this training to anyone that would like to deepen their practice! Hiba S.
