14+ years ago, as a newer RN, I didn’t pray for a job I loved …. I prayed daily for a job I didn’t mind. One that I didn’t dread, resent or that brought me to anxiety ridden tears (yes, I lived this life for many years in critical care nursing).

I could have never in a MILLION years imagined someday having a “job” I wholeheartedly LOVE, that I went to bed excited to wake up for, a job that brought me a second family and patients that have turned life long friends … and also family.

Somedays I have to pinch myself …. because I’m living a literal DREAM COME TRUE.

Acne prone girlies….

🧊 your skin 2x a day for 5 mins - this will help SO much with inflammation and redness, & it truly makes all the difference. Ice don’t pick!!!

Spray Hyacyn active all day everyday🙌🏼- it’s literally “hand sanitizer” for your face. It kills 🦠 and promotes healing.

Use clean disposable towels to dry your face- wash cloths & towels harbor so much bacteria and dead skin cells even if it’s “clean”. It can hurt your skin barrier + just spread bacteria 🫣 I loveee

Clean your pillow case- did you know your pillow case is dirtier than a toilet seat… yup this is your sign to change it out AT LEAST once a week 🤢

Spot treat with a sulfur treatment!! My fav is Glymeds mattifying sulfur masque, you can use it all over or just to spot treat. It reduces inflammation, kills acne causing bacteria, cleans out pores, & reduces redness 🫡
