My earliest memories are of going to church with my family. I grew up knowing that Jesus was the Way, the Truth, and the Life. In fact, my life journey has been a narrow path that has led to a lot of hurt and heartache. The exciting part is that God has taught me so much on my journey! My passion is to help others look to God for direction on their journey, and walk alongside of them on the way. I found my passion for counseling when I was a volunteer youth leader for the youth at my church. God brought to me young girls who struggled to find their identity, girls with eating disorders, and girls who had been sexually abused. I knew that I didn't have the knowledge to help them but I did what I could and referred them to someone who could help them. In 2007 I decided to go back to school and get my Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services at Judson University. Here I learned many counseling techniques and theories. I also recieved acertificate in Human Behavior. Most of all I learned that in scripture you can find the answer to any problem you struggle with. My plan was to go on for my Masters degree and become a licensed therapist, but God had other plans. I got married and became a mother to two step children, and then I had my own son. God showed me over and over that I just needed to help others with what I have. So I decided to become a life coach... no regulations, no insurance. Just me helping to guide others in life, and in their relationship with God! I work with women, men, and teenagers.
