Bet if the Patient Advocate at the insurance told the executives at the facility that the insurance was going to dock their payment for delay in service and that the employers EAP includes free legal assistance to sue them into oblivion when things go sideways because of their delay, that they would have changed their tune.

We try to be nice - really we do, and when things are happening correctly everyone is jovial. But when crap like this happens: hell hath no fury like a nurse with some authority…..

I'm still in a little bit of SHOCK!
