Debbie, owner of DRF is a nationally certified group fitness trainer in the Columbus, OH area. She specializes in small group training for ALL fitness levels, providing appropriate modifications according to each individual’s needs. Whether you are training directly with Debbie, or one of her talented trainers on staff, it is truly a personal training experience in a small group format. All of the yoga teachers at the studio are either 200 or 500 hour certified instructors. This is NOT a cookie cutter studio with cookie cutter teachers teaching the same class all the time. All of our yoga teachers bring their own personality and skillset to the table, offering our clients a wide variety of help and support to take their practice both on and off the mat.

You’re invited to a special 90-minute New Year drishti flow as we close out 2025 and consciously set our focus for 2026.

We’ll begin by gathering, sipping something bubbly—whether it sparkles with spirit or without 🥂—and choosing a guiding word for the year ahead. Your drishti. The energy you’ll return to when life feels wobbly. We’ll write it down together, then transition into movement.

✨ The Practice

• Energizing full-flow to fire up your core and burn off the holiday treats (and cocktails 😉)

• Twists to rinse out the old and make space for the new

• Deep hip and low-back opening during a 20-minute stretch segment to truly let go

• A 10-minute guided meditation + savasana focused on setting our drishti for 2026.
