Railroad Crossing Closures

Heads up! The railroad crossings at Orange Rd., Shanahan Rd., and Peachblow Rd. will be closed intermittently from Monday, November 17 through Wednesday, November 19.
This could mean that, at times, Lewis Center Rd. will be the only open crossing south of Cheshire Rd.

Expect heavier traffic and potential delays—plan accordingly this week.

Huge congratulations to Dr. Cliff Moore, who crushed the Columbus Half Marathon today in less-than-ideal weather—running a 1:22:47, setting a personal record by 2 minutes, finishing 4th in his age group, and 77th out of nearly 9,000 runners! 👏🔥

Even on a tough morning, he pushed through and made it happen—and we couldn’t be prouder!

But the real MVP of the day might just be his daughter, Clare 💪
➡️ She started her morning in goal for a 7:20 a.m. hockey game, making big saves for her team.
➡️ Then turned around and ran her fastest 2-mile ever at the Elementary School State Cross Country Championships—in the rain, mud, and smiling the whole way. (“I loved the mud—it made me want to go faster!” 🩵)

And a special shout out to Dr. Moore's wife, Katie, who somehow had both kids ready and out the door before sunrise and managed hockey and cross country

After a day like this, we’ve all earned warm showers, cozy clothes, and a lazy afternoon on the couch. ❤️
