We're thrilled to announce that our regional educational campaign, formerly known as Healthy Susquehanna, is now under a new name: Nourish PA. This change reflects our ongoing commitment to providing you with the tools and resources you need to make healthy choices and live a well-nourished life.

Nourish PA will continue to bring you local health news, affordable grocery shopping tips, and unique content from Weis dietitians and UPMC health professionals. We'll also be sharing easy recipes, hosting interactive shopping experiences, and conducting cooking demonstrations to help you incorporate healthy habits into your everyday life.

Join us on this journey to nourish your body and mind, and stay tuned for details for an in-person event slated for next month!
