What My Massage Table Sees…

"It’s not just back aches and sore feet.
This table holds stories of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and the weight of the world hitting all at once.
When someone lies here, it’s not just about muscle tension — it’s about letting go of the things they’ve been carrying for far too long.

This table fights off demons.
It witnesses people come in vulnerable and walk out lighter.
Here, I’m given one of the most precious gifts — trust.
Honesty. Understanding.
Sometimes tears fall. Sometimes laughter breaks through.
Sometimes the only thing to do is take a deep breath — in through the nose, out through the mouth — and let your nervous system finally exhale.
