Attempted to get through The Atlas Complex, but this series just hasn’t held up to book 1 so I’ll try again later 😅
AND because I am 💯 extra I started TWO new series the Plated Prisoner Series by Raven Kennedy and Gods and Monsters series by Amber V. Nicole. I am loving both of these, though I couldn’t stand the first Book of Plated prisoner, I am glad I stuck it out because it got SOOO good!

I won’t be teaching Saturday or Sunday, as I’ll be shipping myself south for the weekend, but you get the opportunity to practice Awake & Aligned with and Restorative with WOOHOO! 🙌🏽

Wow… the subtle… the individuals that are brought into my life. Each one is a gift… as I nibble on a piece of chocolate gifted to me last month from a student who is currently traveling deepening her own spiritual journey and practice, I am in awe of the gift my newest student just gave me this evening… I just… I’m speechless and overwhelmed… the women brought to me, especially right now… you are so special… I am so grateful and cherish each one of you!

What an amazing year 2024 has been!

Join me at for our last Restorative class of 2024! This will also be my last class to teach this year! We will spend an hour experiencing gentle, cozy poses as well as spending some time in reflection over this past year. All props are provided, zero yoga experience necessary! Do bring a journal if you like to write down your reflection thoughts.

We are in the final week of 2024! WOW! What an expansive year it has been! I’m so honored and grateful to those who have come to their mat and deepened their practice with me this year! 🙏🏽

There are just TWO more opportunities to practice with me this year! Both classes at

Next Saturday 8:30am Awake & Aligned. A one hour community driven practice for all levels of experience.

Sunday 6pm Restorative. This week we will be diving into reflection over the past year. Focusing on Restoring the body, Reflecting on 2024, and Renewing the mind for the new year! Join me for this slightly more interactive restorative practice! A journal or some way of documenting thoughts is highly recommended!
