Our Annual Summer Wellness Walk officially kicks off TODAY! 🌞
Whether you're getting out for a quick walk around the block or planning a weekend hike, every step counts!

Here’s a quick reminder on how it works:

Walk anytime, anywhere — solo or with friends.

Track your distance in steps or miles.

Submit your totals daily, weekly, or whatever works best for you.

Screenshots from your phone or fitness tracker are welcome!

We’ll be adding up everyone’s progress throughout the summer and finishing with a fun celebration to see how far we’ve gone as a team!

Our social group got our garden started today!! We can’t wait to see what happens!!! 🍅🫑🫛🥒

We were honored when Federal Credit Union chose ADERS as the beneficiary of their dress down days fundraiser!
Their donation will go towards supporting our social group activities as well as for purchasing some therapy materials for our kids services. Thank you!
