Hello everyone!

Just a reminder that this Thursday, July 17th, we’ll be heading to Green Barn Berry Farm in the morning. We’ll meet there at 10:30 a.m.

In addition to the trip, we’ll still be holding our usual group time at 2:00 p.m., and we may put on a movie.
Guided meditation will also take place as usual at 1:30 p.m.

Join us for a special evening at the Lewisburg Children's Museum designed for children and families who prefer a less stimulating environment. Enjoy museum play with dimmed lights, reduced sounds, and sensory-friendly activities throughout the space.

PLUS—meet special guests from Special Olympics Pennsylvania! Learn about their programs, try your hand at bocce, and discover how they empower individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports, friendship, and fun. 🏅💙

Whether you're getting out for a quick walk around the block or planning a weekend hike, every step counts!

Here’s a quick reminder on how it works:

Walk anytime, anywhere — solo or with friends.

Track your distance in steps or miles.

Submit your totals daily, weekly, or whatever works best for you.

Screenshots from your phone or fitness tracker are welcome!

We’ll be adding up everyone’s progress throughout the summer and finishing with a fun celebration to see how far we’ve gone as a team!
