Troop N received a donation of 20 sensory aid bags from the Collaborative Autism Movement. These bags will be distributed to each station within the Troop to assist individuals with a neurodivergent diagnosis.

We want to share this message from the Donald Heiter Community Center announcing their deaf and hard of hearing alliance event:
The Lewisburg Area Deaf & Hearing Alliance (LADHA), the Community Center's newest program, is hosting an ASL social on Wednesday, February 18 at 6:30 pm at the Donald Heiter Community Center (100 North 5th Street, Lewisburg, PA). All are warmly invited to this engaging evening to bring together members of the deaf & hearing communities, ASL learners, and individuals interested in American Sign Language and deaf culture.

The event welcomes participants at all stages of their ASL journey—from beginners to more experienced signers. Families are encouraged to attend too. No prior knowledge of ASL is required. Simply bring your curiosity, openness and interest in learning. A voice-off area is available for those who enjoy and value the social experience of communicating in American Sign Language.

We are proud to share this passion project that was completed by one of our staff. It took thousands of bricks, plenty of hours, and several volunteers to create this replica of our Lewisburg office and the details are amazing! From the Eagles merch in our Clinical Director's office, to the messy (we prefer the term "lived in") desks, Steve's golden throne (which is only a reality in Lego and his imagination), to Teresa's bench outside. We are feeling loved. When we build a display case we will put it in our waiting area for all to enjoy 🥰

•He would know how to make him self safe ( huddle somewhere )
•He would not feel he was in trouble "
