Mountaineer Performance

As a Greenbrier County, WV native and forever a Mountaineer, I wanted to bring something back to my hometown. Mountaineer Personal Training LLC was created after many requests to provide athletic development and personalized fitness instruction. My Bachelors of Science and 2yrs Masters level work in Exercise Physiology at WVU has equipped me with a solid kinesiology and physiology background; Doctorate in Physical Therapy the anatomy, pathophysiology, neurology, injury prevention, and recovery knowledge; 5 years spent at the HIT Center the experience training all ages and ability levels in a scientifically based setting; and my days spent serving on the WVU Mountaineer football team and professionally bull riding with SEBRA grants me the athletic experience, mentality, and motivational strategies to customize elite programs to help individuals reach their fitness/athletic goals. I thrive on improving the quality of life of my clients as well as my patients. As a very goal driven individual, I seek to help others set them, objectively measure/track their progress, and ultimately achieve their physical goals. Health is a combination of mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional well being. It is my mission as a practicing physical therapist as well as an exercise specialist to provide individuals with the tools to optimize physical health and athletic abilities. -Travis McClintic DPT
