Awaken - Aislyn Wood Mind ~ Body ~ Spirit Hello my name is Aislyn Wood and I have spent a lifetime studying and working in health and wellness.

I started in Massage & Bodywork in 1995/1996 when I earned a Certification in Massage Therapy. My early career in massage therapy quickly led me to start also studying energy healing. I have always understood the correlation between emotional dysfunction and physical disease. In 2016, I also became a Registered Yoga Instructor through The Integral Yoga Institute in New Berlin, PA. Through working

on human bodies for more than 27 years and studying yoga, I now understand how important movement and the way we move through life affects our physical existence. It is my hope that any service you receive from me, leads you to better movement to allow for better health and wellness for yourself! In Good Health Always
