Last but not least — Cindy!

Cindy has been with the clinic since 2007 (she did leave us for a few years… but came back when she realized she just couldn’t live without us 😉).

She’s our Nurse Practitioner and plays a huge role in your medical care. Your visits with Cindy might run a little long, but that’s because she is incredibly thorough. She takes the time to make sure your continuity of care flows smoothly — from specialists, ER visits, and hospital stays back to our clinic — without any hiccups.

She truly cares about the big picture of your health, not just today’s visit. We are so grateful for Cindy’s dedication, knowledge, and heart for our patients 💙

It’s Destiny’s turn! What would we do without her?!

Destiny is our faithful nurse and in-house phlebotomist (aka our friendly vampire 🧛‍♀️). She’s the one behind the scenes working on your referrals, orders, prescription refills, and about a thousand other things that keep patient care moving smoothly.

She’s been with the clinic since 2018 and came to us from Dr. Lewis’s office — and many of those patients followed her here because they loved her so much. Destiny is incredibly dedicated to this clinic and to the care of every single patient.

She’s usually the first one here in the mornings and the one hanging in until the clinic closes in the evenings. Then she heads home to spend time with her three young children — so yes, she basically runs on coffee and pure heart ☕💙

We are so fortunate to have Destiny’s energy and light in this clinic every single day!

Introducing Amy!

Amy is truly the face of our clinic and the backbone that keeps everything running. From the front desk, she answers phones, schedules appointments, sends referrals, handles faxing and scanning, and somehow manages the million other tasks that come with keeping a busy clinic rolling. Honestly, without Amy, this clinic just wouldn’t function the same.

Amy has been with the clinic since 1997, faithfully supporting both our clinic and our patients for decades. Even through some major life challenges — including heart attacks (we’re still not sure if the clinic caused those 😅) and a kidney transplant — she has continued to support the clinic behind the scenes whenever she could.

During COVID, she worked from home to help keep things moving and supported the clinic in every way possible.

Simply put: without Amy, this clinic wouldn’t be what it is today. We are beyond grateful for her dedication, heart, and loyalty 💙

Hi, we’d like to introduce you to Renee’!

She’s our office manager and the superhero behind the scenes — handling prior authorizations, billing and posting, jumping in to help Destiny when she’s swamped (or just needs a breather), occasionally answering phones to help Amy out, and even helping Cindy on the computer from time to time.

You might not see her much, but we’re pretty sure you’ve probably heard her 😉 Just know that she’s in the corner fighting the insurance companies for you — so feel free to ignore the loud voices coming from that direction!

This month marks 15 years with the clinic for Renee’! She originally came to fill in while Dr. Phelps’ daughter-in-law, Katie, was on maternity leave. Katie moved on, Amy stepped in at the front desk, and Renee’ found her home in billing. From there, she jumped in wherever help was needed — and basically became the glue that holds a lot of things together.

We are so thankful for Renee’ and all the behind-the-scenes work she does for our patients every single day 💙

Office will be on normal business hours starting tomorrow.

Labs are suspended until further notice, if you need labs you can come to the office and pick up an order for the hospital. Hopefully the couriers will be available Thursday but it is decided on a daily basis.

The office will be open half a day on Friday call before to verify if labs are being drawn.

Weather watch is in full effect! If snow or ice decides to make an appearance, we'll adjust appointment schedules as needed.

Don't forget, if you have an appointment next week on Tuesday or Wednesday and need labs, stop by the office this week between 7:00 am - 10:30 am. ❄️🌨🏂

Good morning Beautiful people!

Another reminder that our office will be closed all next week, December 22 - 26, 2025, to celebrate the Holidays with family and friends and rejuvenate our spirits.

Today will be the last day to reach our office until December 29, so let's make the most of it.

If you need medication or something else, please contact the office today, and let's give Destiny and Cindy the gift of uninterrupted time off.
