NHC Oakwood provides Excellent Quality Skilled Nursing, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Reh Our center is designed with the patient's wellness in mind.

Located in Lewisburg Tennessee, NHC Oakwood is part of a small town nestled in the beautiful hills of southern Middle Tennessee. With our wide front porch overlooking a local golf course, we offer a serene setting to receive excellent care in a warm, personalized manner. Lewisburg is less than an hour's drive from Nashville and one hour from Huntsville, Alabama. We believe that our patients should be in an environment that allows them to feel just as comfortable as they would in their own home. We are a 60 bed skilled nursing center providing a wide array of therapeutic and rehabilitation services. Each patient is evaluated by a team of health care professionals who design a program tailored to meet the individual's specific needs. This comprehensive plan results in optimum health benefits for the individual. Our philosophy of providing outstanding care stems from our founder's vision and is carried out through sincere professionals who enjoy giving extra attention to detail and service, an extra smile, or that special touch that makes a difference. All of our patients' needs are addressed with the utmost dignity and respect in a relaxed and comfortable environment. To learn through shared experience, to improve home and community life, to strengthen adult education. to promote projects that enhance family and community life.
