Need some motivation today?
Have you ever taken the time to look at what your future might have in store?
I'm sure you have the best of intentions and hopefully have a generally sunny outlook about what your future will be
When I work with new clients I love to do a "future pacing" exercise where you get to envision where/who you want to be in 3 months, 6 months, even a year...
It's a beautiful exercise where you get to get excited about the changes you're making and the path you're beginning
But sometimes it can be even MORE beneficial to look at the flip side

I don't say this to cast judgement or bring negativity, we've all done all of these things and more
I want to lift them up as ways that you might be staying stuck, leaning into old habits and behaviors that aren't serving you
This can be a hard exercise, it can be tough vision to look at, depending on whether you're struggling with pain in your joints, weight loss, maybe you're seeing shifts in your blood work, or starting to notice prediabetic symptoms.....it's important to consider where your current path might lead.
Yes it might be hard, but sometimes visualizing what 𝐧𝐨𝐭 changing will look like in 6 months or a few years, it could be the wake-up call you need to get motivated.
Take a moment to reflect on where your current path may lead if NO changes are made.
And then I challenge you to think of ONE thing you can do this week, ONE change you can focus on to change the trajectory of where you might be heading
