Feeling like your battery 🔋 is running on ‘E’?
I used to feel the energy draining.. My circuits were overloaded, and I never had enough to invest equally in my daily life. It was not only exhausting, it was emotionally depleting.

Before I discovered energy healing ❤️‍🩹 & the fascinating use of crystal therapy, I thought I was “lazy”. I wasn’t aware of all the wasted and untapped free energy potentional I had available!

I was imbalanced. I was investing my energy currency in toxic patterns that didn’t allow for me to “fill my cells” back up.

I felt like..

⏰ my internal clock was busted…
🏡 my home environment was unorganized
🧠 my thoughts were unorganized
❤️ my heart felt heavy…
💵 my finances stagnated
🔮 my personal power was low..

I knew I needed a reset switch 🎛

I wanted a lifestyle to elevate my family & self 📈

I didn’t realize I had to restore MYSELF before I could function on a full charge 🔌

I knew ⚡️Energy is all around us!

I knew 🧘🏻‍♀️I needed to start from within & balance my energy body, but I wasn’t exactly sure where to start.

I started filling my glass with water! 💦
I started feeding my body with Whole Foods 🥦
I started sleeping for the required hours 😴
I started to notice the shift in 🔋

But, it wasn’t until I discover energy sessions with crystal therapy that my physical (energy) body improved. I really became in sync with the natural flow of energy and could then find all the leaks…

So long story, short, I know first hand how it feels to always be tired! I know how we tend to personalize these and use them against our best interest - to heal ourselves! I know how it feels to run on ‘E’ and I have felt the changes on a personal level in my life, we all have these ‘leaks’. Especially when we don’t know how to control our own energy!
