Sooo... I sprained my knee volunteering at Special Olympics Basketball Practice 🏀.
..READ TO THE END...

I leaned in heavy on my village 🫂 and deepened my relaxation😌 skills. I am abundantly grateful for everyone who's sent love💛 in whatever capacity worked for you. I believe all the love 🩵has helped me on this healing journey.

After a little over a week off work 😫 I have Good news! I'm closer to walking 🚶‍♀️than I thought! And there's no serious injuries.

Physical therapy went great. I'm free to start adding more weight 🦵and working on walking. The technician 👨‍⚕️said I should be walking by the end of the week.

As you can imagine, this has been heavy🪨, and what I used to call stressful experiences. Today, I see this as an opportunity to do life differently 🌻for a while.

🆘️ It would be extremely helpful and heart filling 🔋 to receive love and support in the form of scheduling pre-orders 📝or weekly deliveries with🐉 The Dragon House. Im anticipating some hefty $$$$ bills for this adventure. If that is a big stretch, please send referrals.
