2025 Dempsey Challenge from September 20th!

The USM LAC OT student clinic board (special shoutout to Viv Geyerhahn) organized a group to participate in this year's Dempsey Challenge. Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, and showed support!

The Dempsey Challenge is a run/walk/cycle event founded by actor Patrick Dempsey to raise money for the Dempsey Center, which provides support services for individuals and families impacted by cancer.

Join us for A Matter of Balance classes at the USM LAC Community Clinic — a free program designed to help older adults manage falls and increase activity levels.

📅 Every Monday starting October 20th until December 8th
* 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the USM LAC Community Clinic *

If you or someone you know is worried about falling or has restricted activities because of it, this is the program for you! You'll learn practical strategies to prevent falls, improve balance, and stay active and independent.

We’re creating free, customized ride-on cars through the Go Baby Go program! These cars help kids move, play, and explore their world at no cost to families.

Each car is customized to meet the unique needs of the child, ensuring it’s just right for them. 💙

Go Baby Go is a national program that adapts ride-on toy cars to support young children with limited mobility giving them more independence.
