Tuscarora Community Health Workers The Community Health Worker Program was developed as a community outreach and home vistitation program by the New York State Department of Health.

Our goal is to improve the health of Native women, children and families in the Tuscarora community.

We, as community health workers, are looking forward to seeing you at the Positive Indigenous Parenting class this coming Wednesday. (Class begins with a door prize drawing at 10 am sharp-- Yay!!) For our wonderful families and clients, we look forward to connecting and to sharing a chat and a June activity bag.
