The primary care providers at Clearwater Health and Wellness are happy to announce that credentialing with Blue Cross of Idaho has been completed.

Effective date is May 4, 2024.

There is one network we're not approved to see - Clearwater Network.

We are inquiring with BCI Provider Relations to see why, therefore we cannot see this network.

We would like to THANK everyone for their patience with this process.

Hi All! As with any start to a new business there are hold ups. Right now Blue Cross of Idaho is not yet approved.

However, CHW is approved thru Medicare and Regence Blue Shield of Idaho. With the approval of Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, it gives CHW the opportunity to send claims to our "local" plan, which is Regence. That opens the door to Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans of Oregon, Washington, Tennessee, Minnesota, Texas, etc. And we can bill most Premera Blue Cross plans, though there are a few that only allow for providers in WA! We bill the local Regence of ID to get you the in-network pricing.

For the other payors - Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medicaids, and the like, we are in a holding pattern like Blue Cross of Idaho. Keep an eye out and we'll post here with any updates.

Phones have been ringing off the hook, so leave us a message & we'll get you called back! Please be patient as we are starting fron scratch and doing the job of 6 people! 😆
