π9:30AM- Intro to Vinyasa Yoga for Health & Fitness with Heidi (Zoom & In-studio)
π12:05PM- Lunchtime Gentle Hatha Yoga (aka Therapeutic Thursday) with Heidi (Zoom & In-studio)
π5:00PM- Ashtanga Fundamentals II with Nerys (In-Studio)
FRIDAY, 11/17:
π6:00AM: 30-minute Sunrise Meditation Mindset Challenge Class with Heidi (Zoom)
π8:00AM- Restorative Yoga with Diane Handler (In-studio only)
π9:30AM- All Levels Vinyasa with Diane (Zoom & In-studio)
SATURDAY, 11/18:
π9:00AM- All Levels Vinyasa with Katie Camire (In-studio)
SUNDAY, 11/19:
π11AM-1:30PM- Yoga Outdoors: Labrynth Walk Meditation & Trail Hiking at Emmons Preserve, Kennebunkport $25 per person; includes warm Ayurvedic beverage and snack. Please register by Saturday at 4pm.
π5:00PM- Yin Yoga with Kimberly Allen (Zoom) (This is Kimberly's last class! Please attend if possible.)
Thank you so much for your service to our Yin Yoga community for the past 11 years, Kim! We will deeply miss you. Kimberly will pass her class over to one of her 200-hour YTT graduates and trained Yin teacher, Lori McAuliffe. Lori will begin teaching both Zoom & In-Studio Yin classes on Sundays, 5pm-6pm at Chill beginning November 26th. Please welcome her as she carries on Kimberly's tradition.
