We heard you! We’ve been getting lots of requests for hot yoga, and we’re excited to bring the heat!

NEW to hot yoga? Join us for a FREE Hot Vinyasa Flow class led by Adam on Sunday, Jan 25th at 2PM!
✨Expect temps between 85°-105° (we’re experimenting!)
✨Bring a yoga towel and/or regular towel (you WILL sweat!)
✨HYDRATE before, during and after class. (Electrolytes are our friend too!)
