Join these series if you’re ready to learn the foundation and fundamentals of Pilates with Patti.

Choose from:
5 weeks
🌿Wednesdays at 9 AM starting Nov. 19th

4 weeks (because of Thanksgiving)
🌿 Thursdays at 4:45 PM starting Nov. 20th

This series is limited to ONLY 12 students per class - more one-on-one instruction is available to you. $75 for Wednesdays (5 classes) and $60 for Thursdays (4 classes, use discount “PILATES”)

Classes are slow-paced, fun, and educational, allowing you to build a foundation in Pilates. Each class builds upon the previous one, so consistent attendance is highly encouraged to get the most out of this series.

It’s November, but we’re celebrating October’s spotlight student, Kris! 🤩 Better late than never, right?

We’re so grateful to have her be a part of our Bea Yoga Studio Hive!

If you’ve had the chance to meet her, it’s probably because she is super friendly and will always say hello to you if you set your mat next to her. She lights up the room with her smile and warm greetings. We’re honored to have her on this health journey, and can’t wait to celebrate her this Friday!

We’ll be vibing to her fave tunes - Celine Dion, Christopher Daugherty, and Lauren Daigle 🎶 just to name a few.
