Our solar plexus chakra is the center of our sense of self. It is where our self-esteem, sense of personal empowerment, and some might say, our charisma reside. If you have been feeling knocked down in life, maybe you’ve become a bit detached from your own self due to the circumstances of your life, then you might want to do some deeper work on your solar plexus.

Rudra mudra will open up this third chakra and help you feel more connected to a sense of worth and relevancy.

To do the mudra, touch the tips of both index and ring fingers to the tip of the thumb, while the middle and pinky fingers remain straight.) Hold while hands on lap or knees and chant the seed mantra.
