Signup is now open for fitness instructor training, no experience necessary! We need at least 8 participants to run this training program for new instructors, so if you’ve ever thought about teaching group exercise, this is your chance to get certified to lead Group Power classes at the YMCA.

After weeks of deliberation, the decision has been made to reduce operating hours at the Y Health Club & Spa in Lewiston effective Nov 3, 2025.

Due to the incoming storm, we are delaying opening tomorrow morning 1/20/2025 till 9am for all fitness centers. There will be no morning classes. Classes will resume at noon. 12:30pm Silver sneaker aqua class is on.
