Burns and burn prevention always need to be taken seriously. 🔥
Common causes like open flames, boiling water and hot surfaces can lead to painful injuries. That’s why it’s so important to keep pot handles turned away, never apply ice directly to burns and if you experience blistering, deep pain or white, charred skin, seek medical care immediately.
For minor burns, cool compresses and ibuprofen can help – but any large burn should always be checked by a doctor.
