What an event! We are grateful to our staff who were able to educate our communities on some very important and powerful topics in a fun and engaging way.

Mercedes and Laura, provider relations consultants, lead an event at the local age friendly center and here's how it went...

Michelle and Jen covered home health, hospice, and palliative care by challenging people to think about "what matters most?"

Gary executed some balance and strength testing on behalf of our outpatient therapy.

Stephanie led a myth busing team for a morning of fact or fiction (CareGiver style of course)

Michelle did an activity in grounding to promote a healthy brain.
