This is what lunch looks like! A spinach salad with pumpkin seeds, and blueberries, (dressing made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, and a bit of honey), brined and broiled salmon with lemon, roasted delicata squash, and the occasional treat of organic white California Basmati rice.
