About Performance Physio

The current medical standard continues to preach that we are “fragile”, “broken”, “too old” and can only be treated (not fixed) with prescription drugs, injections, or surgery. Healing and adaptation does not come from cookie cutter exercise handouts, ice packs, ultrasound, and stationary bikes. I stay away from cookie cutter programs and time wasting modalities to get to the root cause of your problem.
