RegenTech Physical Therapy will be closed April 6-10 for our quarterly recharge.

This time allows our team to rest, refocus, and return fully energized to deliver the highest level of care possible.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you are able to find space to slow down, reconnect, and recharge as well.

We’ll be back in the clinic on April 13 ready to help you move into spring strong. 💪

Front squats.
With wires attached.

That’s ARPwave.

It’s direct current neuromuscular stimulation. Different than the typical “stim” most people have felt before. Stronger. More specific. Built to improve how your brain and muscles are communicating — especially after injury.

We use it a few different ways:
• To help calm pain down
• To restore proper muscle activation
• To load patterns while the system is “on”
• To speed up return to full training

It’s not magic. It’s a tool.
But it’s a very good tool when you know how to use it.

We’re currently the only clinic in the area offering ARPwave, and we use it with purpose — not just to hook someone up and walk away.

If you’re dealing with something that isn’t improving, or you want to understand how this fits into performance and rehab, reach out.

We’ll explain it. No fluff.

This is 46.

Every year on my birthday I do the same thing:
My age in reps of bench, squat, deadlift, and pull-ups.

Bar is loaded to my bodyweight.
I get my age in minutes to finish.

This year:
46 reps of each.
187.5 pounds on the bar.
22:48 to finish.
34,500 pounds moved.

Apparently this is what I do for fun now.

Here’s the thing about getting older — it happens whether you train or not. The clock doesn’t care.

But weak? Slow? Fragile?
That part is negotiable.

So once a year I like to remind myself that I’m not “getting old.” I’m training so I can keep punching old age in the face.

You don’t accidentally stay strong into your 40s, 50s, 60s. You decide to.

This is 46.
Still lifting. Still moving. Still here.

If you’re interested in joining the annual fight against becoming fragile, we’re taking applications.

Same workout.
Nothing fancy.

Since October I’ve been repeating this little conditioning test every week or two:

4 rounds:
½ mile Airdyne
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups

First time I did it: 10:20.
Last week: 7:34.

Almost three minutes faster.

Here’s the interesting part — I didn’t feel dramatically different week to week. No movie montage. No heroic moment.

I just wrote the times down.

If you don’t track it, you’re just going off vibes. And vibes are unreliable.

“How do I know if I’m getting stronger?”
“How do I know if this is working?”

Well… did the numbers change?

Progress isn’t mysterious. It’s usually documented.

Track it. Repeat it. See what happens.

That’s how you actually know.

Our neighbor is getting a much needed facelift.

The Liberty Theater is redoing their marquee.

So if you drive by and think, “Wow… that looks different,” you’re right. It does.

Main Street getting an upgrade. We like that.

We’re still open. Same entrance.
If you want the easiest parking, use the lot behind Main Street Grill.

That’s it. That’s the update.

Things improve when people take care of them.

Buildings. Businesses. Bodies.

STATE CHAMPIONS 🏆🔥

Huge congratulations to the Lapwai High School Girls Basketball Team on winning the Idaho 2A State Championship!

Championships aren’t won at the State Tournament.
They’re built in the early mornings.
The late nights.
The extra reps.
The practices no one sees.
The discipline when it would’ve been easier not to.

Becoming a champion takes commitment, resilience, and a standard that doesn’t waver — and this team showed exactly what that looks like.

We’re proud of the work you’ve put in and the way you represent our community. Enjoy this moment — you earned every bit of it.

Congratulations, Champs!

Teaching the next generation — hands on.

In this video I’m walking JonRoss through a shoulder dry needling protocol step by step… on me.

Not just where to put the needle —
But why.
What we’re feeling for.
How we position.
How we cue.
How we think.

Because great PT isn’t about memorizing techniques.
It’s about clinical reasoning, precision, and intention.

We love having interns in our clinic because this is how the profession moves forward — mentorship, repetition, and high standards.

The future of physical therapy gets better when we take the time to teach it well.

My elbow started barking during heavy bench.

I had two options:
1️⃣ Push through it and make it worse
2️⃣ Stop training and lose momentum

I chose option 3.

I threw on BFR cuffs, dropped the weight way down, and kept training hard — without aggravating my elbow.

That’s the power of Blood Flow Restriction.
You can create a high stimulus with light loads, which means:
✔️ Less joint stress
✔️ Maintained strength & muscle
✔️ Faster recovery
✔️ No lost progress

Pain doesn’t have to shut everything down.
It just means we adjust the strategy.

I didn’t stop lifting.
I trained smarter — let my elbow calm down — and got back to heavy benching without missing a beat.

This is what modern rehab and performance looks like.

02/16/2026

What happens when you train one leg with Blood Flow Restriction… and leave the other normal? 👀

We decided to show our intern JonRoss instead of just telling him.

In this demo, we:
✔️ Set him up with BFR the right way
✔️ Explain exactly what we’re doing (and why)
✔️ Run him through a short workout
✔️ Compare the difference between legs in real time

Same person. Same workout. One variable changed.

The result?
You’ll see why BFR has become such a powerful tool for building strength and muscle — without heavy loads.

If you’ve ever wondered how BFR works, who it’s for, or whether it actually makes a difference… watch this one all the way through.

The future of rehab and performance isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing it smarter.

Big things are happening at RegenTech ⚡️

In this video, our intern JonRoss is using Focused Shockwave followed by Laser Therapy on me — and this is exactly why we love having interns in our clinic.

We don’t just let them observe.
We teach them the future of physical therapy.

From regenerative technologies to hands-on clinical reasoning, we believe the next generation of PTs should graduate confident, skilled, and ready to elevate patient outcomes from day one.

The profession is evolving — and we’re proud to help shape where it’s going.

JonRoss is getting real reps with real technology, because the future of PT isn’t coming… it’s already here. 🚀

DeJuan Blair played 7 seasons in the NBA without an ACL in either knee.
Let that sit for a second.

The human body isn’t fragile — it’s adaptive.
Strong.
Resilient.

Maybe the problem isn’t your body…
Maybe it’s the story you’ve been told about it.

What do you think:
Are we underestimating what our bodies can handle? 👇

02/06/2026

Lindsey Vonn just completed a training run with a ruptured ACL.
Let that sink in.

Yes, she’s a freak athlete.
Yes, she has world-class support.

But here’s the part people miss 👇
The human body is ridiculously adaptable.

When you give it the right stimulus, the right environment, and the right time… it finds a way.

Most people aren’t broken.
They’re under-supported, under-trained, and under-challenged.

Your body isn’t fragile.
It’s waiting for a reason to become amazing.

About Performance Physio

At Performance Physio I believe you can achieve your goals with the right medical care, movement, education, and lifestyle changes. Our “More Than PT” approach is how I help you reach your goals.

The current medical standard continues to preach that we are “fragile”, “broken”, “too old” and can only be treated (not fixed) with prescription drugs, injections, or surgery. Performance Physio was created to provide you with another option. Your body has the amazing ability to adapt and heal itself when provided with the opportunity. I want to give you that opportunity.

Healing and adaptation does not come from cookie cutter exercise handouts, ice packs, ultrasound, and stationary bikes. Traditional Physical Therapy clinics contracted with insurance companies continue to follow these outdated strategies. You will find that Performance Physio is different. I stay away from cookie cutter programs and time wasting modalities to get to the root cause of your problem. I provide the tools to address your specific problem and gain independent, pain free movement.
