**New Class Alert!**

Yoga for Caregivers, Thursdays 6:15pm-7pm .

As caregivers, we often pour so much love, energy, and attention into others that our own cups can run empty. This class is your reminder to pause, breathe, and refill — because when we nurture ourselves, we’re better able to nurture those we care for.

This offering was born out of TenderCare Lewiston's desire to support their teachers and parents, knowing just how much they pour out each day. We’d like to extend that same care and open the class to all caregivers in our community.

IT'S TIIIIIIME😍 We've been waiting months and it's finally here!!

I apologize for any inconveniences, but yoga classes at the studio and my Tuesday 5:30pm YWCA class are cancelled this week while we prep, pack, and finalize for our trip to Sandpoint!!!
