Howdy friends!
I have been somewhat quiet on here and thought it was a good time to give a little update.
If you haven't been in Divine Alchemy yet, you really should. Molly and I created this cozy, special, soulful, energetic space that I am so thankful for𼚠SO thankful. With Molly leaving the brick and mortar- Divine Alchemy- I was left with a tough decision in what I wanted to do going forward. After a lot of back and forth in my brain, looking for signs, thanking the universe, and tuning in for messages, I decided to keep the studio going. My love for what I do, and the need for what I do fueled my fire.
It's hard to explain how much I love what I do for a living. Especially being able to do it in a safe space that I (we) created- where I can be my goofy, sometimes spicy disaster self, where my favorite yogis/friends see me, love me, appreciate me...it just couldn't get better.
Or could it?
Oh, it does. The hugs before and after class, the difference in your yogi faces when you walk in versus when you rise from savasana, squeezing your tootsies, the energy releases we teachers witness you yogis experience, the snores, the messages after class just thanking us, the little bit of peace and relief we see you experience, witnessing the wins, being a shoulder or a tight hug for the losses, struggles, bad days. Letting people know they are worthy just as they are, loved, and deeply genuinely cared for.
Yeah, it's that good. And I am just so thankful, grateful, appreciative to hold space and exchange energy with you yogis. Thank youđĽš
That being said, I am still holding donation based classes through the valley! My schedule at the studio and the Y has stayed the same, with the addition of the new class, Femme Flow, on Thursdays.
Class schedule and class description:
Monday
PEAK 5:45-6:45PM
Peak is a playful, strength-building yoga class designed to help you work toward intermediate to advanced posesâone step at a time. Each month, we focus on a specific peak pose and explore targeted drills, flows, and mobility work to build the strength, balance, and body awareness needed to approach it with confidence by the end of the month.
But, this class isn't about perfect posesâit's about the process. We embrace the wobbles, celebrate the falls, and laugh along the way. This is your space to grow, explore, and challenge yourself in a supportive environment.
Every pose has an accessible starting point, and all levels are welcomeâjust know that options to level up will be offered, but never required. Come as you are, and let's build toward something beautiful together.
REST 7:00-7:30
Rest is the perfect follow-up to Peakâor anytime you're ready to recharge and reconnect. This class is all about deep rest and nervous system reset.Think of it as an extended savasana where you get to choose your ultimate rest pose. Expect soothing hands-on adjustments (optional), guided meditation, calming breathwork, and sound exploration to help you fully release and unwind.
Itâs your sacred pause. Your moment to just be. This is ultimate relaxationâno effort required.
TUESDAY
ALIGN 5:30-6:30AM
Align is your gentle, morning vinyasa class where breath meets movement in the most nourishing way. This all-levels flow is designed to gently wake the body, center the mind, and align you with your best selfâbefore the chaos of the day begins.
Expect soft transitions, mindful breath, and a vibe that leaves you feeling grounded, energized, andâdare we sayâready to namaslay your dayđ
Whether you're new to yoga or just looking to start your morning with intention and ease, Align is the perfect way to rise and shine.
DOANTION YOGA AT YWCA 5:30-6:30PM
For the past year and a half, Iâve had the honor of teaching this donation-based community class at the YWCA. Each week, the style shifts to meet the needs of the groupâalways gentle, always accessible, and always with room to explore and modify as you see fit.
This class is family-friendly, welcoming to all levels, and full of heart. And the best part? Every donation goes directly to support the incredible work of the YWCA.
Come get your zen onâand send that energy rippling back into the community.
WEDNESDAY
ALIGN 5:45-645PM
(see description above)
RESTORE 7:00-8:00PM
Restore is a nurturing practice rooted in the principles of restorative yogaâstillness, support, and surrender. In this class, we explore a variety of restorative styles while staying grounded in the core intention: to soothe the nervous system and invite deep rest.
Each session begins with breathwork to gently draw you inward. From there, you'll move into fully supported poses held for extended periods of time, using props to create ease and comfort in both body and mind.
Some weeks may include sound exploration, guided meditation, or gentle inner journeysâeach class offering a unique path to relaxation. And according to my yogis (and their smartwatches, lol), this class consistently delivers their best night of sleep all week.
Come as you are, and leave feeling restored from the inside out.
THURSDAY
ENERGIZE 5:30-6:30AM
Energize is a breath-first, power vinyasa-style class designed to get you moving, sweating, and flowing with purpose. We combine traditional yoga postures with energizing bodyweight movements and strength-building drillsâall anchored in intentional breath.
Each class begins with breathwork to ground your focus, then builds heat through mindful movement, helping you release stress and step into your power. Expect to move, breathe, and leave feeling strong, clear, and ready to take on the day.
All levels are welcomeâmodifications and progressions are always offered.
FEMME FLOW 6:30-7:30PM
Soulful Movement. Sacred Connection. Just for Her.
Femme Flow is a weekly class designed to awaken the divine feminine through intentional movement, breath, and embodiment practices. Each month explores a central themeâinviting you to move, feel, and connect in a sacred space made just for women.
Expect a fluid, expressive flow infused with breathwork, creative sequencing, and space for intuitive movement.
And beyond the mat, thereâs space for something even more powerful: soulful connection with other women. Because we all deserve more moments of community, understanding, and being truly seen.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to reconnect with your feminine energy, this class is about honoring your body, your rhythm, and your radiance.
Whew, that was a lot...if you made it this far, I applauded you. But, I'm not quite done yetđ
We have an exciting addition inside the colorful walls of Divine Alchemy!
Carrie Patterson, founder of LCV Inclusive Community Connections (among many other hats), is beginning a new endeavor: Creating Better Destinies! She will be hosting various creative workshops at the studio on select days each month! Carrie saw the need for a safe space for people to explore different creative outlets and introduce opportunities for soulful connection along the way. Find Carries classes, events, and workshops in her FB group and on our social medias and schedule, and come show her some love and support while you let that inner creative flame flow!
More offerings and workshops coming in the next months! Keep checking inđĽ°âĽď¸
Thank you all for your continued support, energy exchange, and these genuine soulful connections i've been blessed with along the way. Literally couldn't do it without you all.
Lots and lots of love,
Monica
