We’re teaming up with our friends at Studio A Pilates to bring you a gentle, grounding experience.
Introducing our Beginner Reformer & Yoga Series — a slow, supportive flow for anyone new to movement or simply craving a softer pace.
Each 60-minute class blends:
✨ 15 minutes of grounding yoga to warm up
✨ 30 minutes of beginner-friendly reformer Pilates
✨ 15 minutes of calming yoga to close
No experience needed. No mat required. Just a chance to move, breathe, and feel good in your body—without the pressure.
